Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We use Helthjem and PostNord for shipping domestically in Norway.

You can chose between delivery to your nearest service point or home delivery* to doorstep or mailbox. 

We pack and ship orders from Monday to Friday. All orders will normally be dispatched on the first working day after the order has been placed. The regular delivery time for packages is 2 - 5 working days from the time of shipment. You can track your delivery on helthjem.no/sporing using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

*If possible, your order will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox by Helthjem (Helthjem’s doorstep delivery service includes approximately 90% of Norwegian addresses). If doorstep delivery is not available at your address, your order will be delivered to your nearest Helthjem or PostNord service point. Home delivery is done at the customers risk, and you will not be eligible for a refund if something happens to the package after it is documented delivered to the delivery address.


Returns

  • We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. 
  • The return fee is 80 NOK to cover return shipping. 
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. When returning items, you are entitled to a refund or item exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, unwashed and unused. Please use original packaging or equivalent when returning, and be sure to include the receipt you received with your delivery.

Refunds

After receiving your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. We will refund you through the payment method you’ve used for the purchase. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you find any issues with the items received, have not received your order, or are experiencing other problems, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find a good solution. thirdchance@fjong.com
