What is Third Chance by FJONG?

The purpose of Third Chance by FJONG is to utilize the resources from our shared wardrobe to the maximum, by extending the lifetime of our items beyond renting. At Third Chance, you can buy second-hand designer clothing and accessories that used to be rental items at Norway’s leading shared wardrobe: FJONG.

Our clothes have had long and exciting lives, and have a history of experiences like weddings, award shows,  television productions, and even political elections. But most importantly, they have given joy to many sustainably-minded consumers that have chosen rental over shopping to contribute to a greener fashion industry. Now, they are ready for a quieter existence in their forever homes.

Why are clothes retired from rental?

Garments are retired for different reasons. It could be because of wear and tear, damage or that the item did not do well as a rental item. Because of this the condition of each garment will vary. We recommend that you read the description carefully before purchasing, so you know what to expect.

Can I buy an item I have rented from FJONG?

Are you looking for a specific item from the FJONG wardrobe, but can't find it in the Third Chance collection? Send us an e-mail (thirdchance@fjong.com) with your desired piece of clothing, and we will sign you up on our wishlist and notify you if the garment is going to be sold.


Can I cancel my order?

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation from us yet, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to thirdchance@fjong.com. If your order is shipped, you have to return it according to our return policy.

I have received the wrong product. What to do?

Please contact us at thirdchance@fjong.com and we will sort out the situation.

The product I received doesn't fit my expectations.

Not happy with the product you received? You can always return the parcel according to our return policy. Complaints can be directed to thirdchance@fjong.com.


How do you ship my order?

We use Helthjem and PostNord for shipping domestically in Norway. If possible, your order will be delivered to your doorstep or mailbox by Helthjem (Helthjem’s doorstep delivery service includes approximately 90% of Norwegian addresses). If doorstep delivery is not available at your address, your order will be delivered to your nearest Helthjem or PostNord service point.

When will my order be shipped?

We pack and ship orders from Monday to Friday. All orders will normally be dispatched on the first working day after the order has been placed.

What is the delivery time?

The regular delivery time for packages is 2 - 5 working days from the time of shipment.

How can I track my order?

You can track your delivery on helthjem.no/sporing using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.


What is your return policy?

- We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- The return fee is 80 NOK to cover return shipping.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. When returning items, you are entitled to a refund or item exchange.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return an item, send an e-mail to thirdchance@fjong.com and we will guide you.
Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, unwashed and unused. Please use original packaging or equivalent when returning, and be sure to include the receipt you received with your delivery.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments through Klarna and Vipps.

Gift cards and discount codes

How can I use a discount code?

Discount codes are added during check out, in the box on the right side of the screen.

How long is my gift card valid?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months.


How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list

You have the option to unsubscribe from further newsletters by pressing “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the newsletter received.
